TO PARTICIPATE: The Commission will take comments in two ways: 1) Electronic comments received ONE HOUR before the meeting to be read into the record; or 2) Registration for public comment section at least ONE HOUR before the meeting. The completed form (found in the adjacent link) must be received at least ONE HOUR before the meeting to be read in the record or to participate in the public comment section.
