The Boundary Commission holds three different kinds of meetings:Regular Monthly Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Public Hearings. Meetings are open to the public except when state law allows them to be closed.

Regular Monthly Meetings:

The Regular Monthly Meeting is held at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month usually in the 8th Floor Conference Room of the St. Louis County Government Building at 41 S. Central in Clayton, Missouri. Regular monthly meetings address ongoing administrative functions as well as committee reports and Commission actions regarding Map Plans and Proposals.

Committee Meetings:

Committee meetings are held on an as needed basis. The Commission's By-laws dictates three standing committees: Personnel, Finance, and Nominating. These meetings are usually held at the Boundary Commission office at 168 N. Meramec, Ste. 140, St. Louis, MO 63105.

Public Hearings:

The Commission is required by state statute to hold Public Hearings regarding Map Plans and Proposals. These hearings are held within the timelines outlined in the Commission's Rules. Public hearings are held in central locations relating to the Map Plans or Proposals being considered.
